FLATWORK FEEDERS

VS-1

VS-1 Feeding The VS-1 single station feeder is designed to handle all kinds of flatwork in small and large laundries and is ideal for quality finishing of table linen. The VS-1 is designed to handle all kinds of flatwork in small and large laundries and. The machine includes a suction box as well as a suction facility under the belts. The suction under the belts ensures that pieces are held in position after the operators have fed the leading edge of the linen manual onto the special perforated feeding belts. The suction box makes sure that the trailing edge of the linen is stretched during conveying.

The VS-1 is a completely freestanding machine, very compact, floor-saving and easy to ship and transport. Trolleys with linen can be placed under the front of the machine so that the operator has easy access to the linen and can feed the linen from a ergonomic feeding height. As an option, models are available with an automatic spreading lay down system for large flatwork. When feeding small pieces manually in multi-lane configuration, the spreading system lays down and out of the way.

VS-2

VS-2 Feeding The VS-2 dual station feeder is designed to handle all kind of flatwork in small and large laundries and is ideal for automatic quality finishing of table linen in single-and two lane operation. The feeding stations can be moved aside for manual feeding on the feeding belts. The PLC touch screen control can handle 100 programs so that each article can be dealt with perfectly.

VS-3

VS-3 Feeding Three station high quality flatwork feeder for single or multi lane, designed to handle all kind of flatwork in small and large laundries. Each of the stations has 2 individual clamps. After placing 2 corners of a sheet in the clamps the feeder will spread, center and lay the sheet down on the belts with a special suction device. The combination of a suction box and brushes provides finishing quality of the sides and trailing edges in a superior way.

The Triofeed features a stop conveyor for stretching effect on the leading edge at no extra charge. The automatic feeding unit can be moved so that the feeding conveyor becomes a manual feeding conveyor for feeding small pieces.

FLATWORK FOLDERS

VF

VF Folding The VF series folder in combination with the flip or drop stacker is the perfect solution for folding and stacking all kinds of flatwork with a high production rate and outstanding folding quality.

Combination folder / crossfolder

The VF in combination with either the drop stacker or flip staker is a solution for folding and stacking all kind of flatwork with a high production and high folding quality.

In single-lane, sheets can be fully automatically folded up to three lateral folds combined with three cross folds. Small pieces can be folded up to two lateral folds up to four lanes. The lateral folds are accomplished by air blasts between rollers. The first cross fold is made by knife between two driven rollers, the second by knive combined with belt reverse and the third cross fold by knife.

The cross fold section is build according to a compact modular system so that the stacker can be placed either on the right or to the left side and can be reversed on site.

The folder has a PLC-system control with a control panel to program up to 100 programs, to test inputs and outputs, to control overlaps, stacking height, fault tracing, production counters, all in single- and multi-lane.

JB Sheetfold Folding The JB Sheetfold in combination with the JBstack is the perfect solution for folding and stacking all kinds of flatwork with a high production rate and outstanding economy. Multilane sheet folding 1, 2, or 4 lane configurations with optional crossfolding. Compact inverter driven machine provides excellent quality. 2 primary folds with optionally 3 cross folds. Auto diagnostics and outstanding safety. Self centering cross fold plate.

VA

VA Small Piece Folding For folding and stacking a great variety of towels, and return directly to operator. Conveyor options are available.

VM

VM Small Piece Folding For automatic folding, sorting and stacking of a large variety of mixed articles. The VM folds and sorts mixed articles automatically by size and stacks them on one of the three available stackers. For automatic folding, sorting and stacking a large variety of mixed articles. The machine folds and sorts the mixed articles automatically by size and stacks them on one of the three available stackers. The operator feeds the towels onto a special stop conveyor. Once a towel is placed on the stop conveyor the folding cycle will start automatically after an adjustable time.

Towels are sorted and stacked onto three conveyors below the machine. When these stacks have reach a pre-programmed number of articles the stack is discharged onto a centralized collecting conveyor which then delivers the stack back to the operator. Length folding is done by two moveable folding blades and the cross folding is executed by belt reverse folds. With this combination, french folding along the length of the articles can be accomplished with either one or two cross folds or a french cross fold. As standard the machine is equipped with a PLC Touchscreen system with up to 100 separate folding programs. Individual fold parameters can be set for each type of towel processed.

VA-X

VA-X Small Piece Folding The VA-X folds and stacks small pieces automatically in one machine with a high production rate and outstanding folding quality. Up to 5 lanes are available. Multi-lane small piece folder / stacker The VA-X folds and stacks small pieces automatically in one machine with a high production and high folding quality. The two lateral folds are accomplished by belt reverse folds per lane and can be coupled so that single lane big pieces can also be length folded. In multi-lane small pieces can be fully automatically folded up to two lateral folds or a French fold combined with one cross fold and stacking.

Multi lane models are available up to five lanes. The cross fold section combined with stacking is build directly behind the lateral fold section. Pieces that do not require cross folding are bypassed onto a table. The folder has a PLC-system control with a control panel to program up to 100 programs, to test inputs and outputs, to control overlaps, stacking height, fault tracing, production counters, all in single- and multi-lane.

JB Towel Folder
